This app is designed for use in conjunction with OASIS software, a scheduling, evaluation and calendaring system for undergraduate medical colleges.
The app provides medical students with access to their school’s Requirement Checklist system and allows them to log Patient Encounters both with and without direct internet access. If an internet connection is available, data can be synchronized in real time. When a connection is not available, new data is stored on the device and then synchronized with the school’s internal system later when an internet connection is available.
Application Features:
• Medical students can access their Requirements Checklists regardless of whether they have an internet connection, allowing them to view, enter and edit Patent Encounter data from any location.
• Faculty and other medical observers can verify and comment on student entries and sign-off on Checklist items at a patient’s bedside, in a clinic or wherever the student is being observed, regardless of whether there is an internet connection.
• Data is synchronized with the student’s OASIS account once an internet connection is available.
• Data is stored and exchanged in a secure, encrypted environment.
System Requirements for Users:
• An OASIS Account provided by your institution
• User access to Requirement Checklists
• Activation of the mobile application option by the user’s institution
• Access to an internet connection for data synchronization
